New York Army Guardsmen use engineering equipment to help remove snow in Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 20, 2014. New York Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo called up about 375 Guardsmen to support response and recovery efforts following historic amounts of snowfall in the area.
