U.S. Army 1st Lt. Brian Focareto reviews mission details before a patrol in the Bagram Airfield security Zone, Afghanistan, Oct. 13, 2014. Focareto's platoon conducts security patrols while helping a combined U.S. Marine-Georgian army team prepare to take over their area of operations. Focareto is a platoon leaders assigned to the 101st Airborne Division's Red Platoon, 1st Squadron, 75th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team Brigade.
