A Chilean military honor guard greets U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel as he arrives at the Defense Ministry in Santiago, Chile, Oct. 11, 2014, to meet with Chilean Defense Minister Jorge Burgos to discuss matters of mutual importance. Hagel earlier visited Colombia and will next travel to Peru during his six-day trip to South America.
