Santa Monica, CA -- Former State Senate candidate for District 26, US Army Medical Corp Colonel and physician Dr. Vito Imbasciani endorses Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District Board Member Ben Allen for State Senator of the 26th district. "I have dedicated my career to helping others. Whether it's treating patients at home or warriors abroad, I know the pressures of true leadership. That's why I'm supporting Ben Allen. He's been an example to residents in our district on how to lead a life working for the betterment of the community and our natural resources. Because of Ben's experience and accomplishments, I wholeheartedly endorse him to represent us in the State Senate," said Dr. Imbasciani.
"We thrive as a country when our soldiers in the Armed Forces take an interest in bettering our community here at home. Dr. Vito is just that type of leader. He is a true progressive that has worked his entire life to further a vision of a more inclusive, prosperous California. As an educator, Dr. Vito knows the value of improving our public school systems, as well as making our district safer for all of those who live, learn, and work here. I am deeply honored to have the support of a former candidate, but most of all, a hero," said Ben Allen.
