U.S. President Barack Obama shakes hands with U.S. and Estonian soldiers during a troop visit event in Tallinn, Estonia, Sept. 3, 2014. During his address, Obama reminded the troops of their role as they trained together in the region, saying: "You are sending a powerful message that as NATO allies we stand together." The soldiers are paratroopers assigned to the 173rd Airborne Brigade.
