Chef Wolfgang Puck to Relocate Corporate Headquarters to Pacific Design Center


(West Hollywood, CA – Aug.26, 2014)  World-renowned Chef and restaurateur Wolfgang Puck is relocating his corporate offices from Beverly Hills to Pacific Design Center's (PDC) Blue Building, announced Charles S. Cohen, developer and owner of PDC.  

 

Wolfgang Puck now has their entire operations at PDC including thecorporate offices of Wolfgang Puck Worldwide, a test kitchen, and a filming kitchen and studio. These uses complement Puck's existing catering operation and acclaimed Red Seven Restaurant, which is located in the Green Building. 

 

"Wolfgang Puck is a prestigious tenant, and we are pleased that he has chosen Pacific Design Center as his new headquarters location," said Jeff Lasky,senior vice president of Cohen Brothers Realty. Having all of their operations in the project will only enhance the amenities at the project. We have many creative tenants at PDC, and this is a tremendous addition to that roster."

 

Originally built in 1975, the Blue Building is located at 8687 Melrose Avenue and was the first of the three iconic, contemporary buildings comprising the 1.2-million-square-foot, PDC multi-use complex, which also includes the 797,000-square-foot Red Building and 450,000-square-foot Green Building. 

 

This West Hollywood landmark features a 200-seat conference center with an auditorium, 380-seat SilverScreen Theater, public plaza with 300-seat amphitheater, and outpost of the Museum of Contemporary Art and a Michael Graves-designed fitness facility.  PDC facilities host various film, art and design events, including film screenings and industry parties, exhibitions, meetings, receptions and special events.
